donatella

my name is donatella, i blog over at inspirationrealisation.com. i learned to crochet and knit from my mom and my grandmother when i was about 6 or 7 – my very first finish project was a potholder: it was so ugly and i can’t believe my mom actually used it and hang it in the kitchen!

i’ve came a long way from “the ugly pot holder”: now most of my clothes are either crocheted or knitted by me: there is that “special something” involved in wearing something handmade.

the knitter and crocheter community is huge and keeps growing and i love being part of it!

  1. I totally agree with the statement that: there is that “special something” involved in wearing something handmade.

  2. Thanks for hopping by to my home blog! There I describe all redevelopments in our house or garden or like today the movement of our younger daughter 600km away… (Maybe I should write in English too?) But I think my creative blog is more interesting for you (and it’s bi-lingual 😉 ) –> http://terra3311.wordpress.com/ Greetings from Germany. Sabine.

  3. You’re right Elisabeth! It’s great to see these fotos. Unfortunately I can’t use my camera in this way. It can’t take fotos near by, I have to go away, at the minimum about 60 cm or more. Doesn’t matter! Have a good (sunny) weekend! Sabine.

  4. …e brava Donatella!!!
    xxxx Ale
